After the CAD and production details have been approved, any major alteration requiring substantial rework or remaking will be quoted separately and carried out only with your approval.
Each piece is handmade and custom-made, so all sales are final. One complimentary resizing is available within 60 days of delivery, with round-trip shipping costs covered by the customer.
