Refund policy

1. Should a refund request be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after full payment has been received, the Buyer shall be liable for all transaction service fees levied by this website and applicable third-party payment service providers.

2. Where CAD drafting has commenced, or production work has been initiated but remains incomplete at the time of cancellation, a cancellation charge equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total order value shall be withheld from the refund sum.

3. For refund applications submitted after the product has been fully fabricated but prior to shipment, a deduction of fifty percent (50%) of the total order amount will be applied accordingly.

4. In cases where the goods have already been dispatched, and the return or alteration request arises from factors not attributable to the Seller, the Buyer shall bear all outbound and return shipping expenses in full.
