Free shipping is available on orders of $600 or more. A $50 surcharge applies to remote areas. Estimated Delivery Times (after your order is completed): 7-14 business days (this varies by destination and customs clearance). Reasonable CAD revisions within the original design brief are included before production. New requests or changes affecting the design, materials, or production cost may incur additional charges. After the CAD and production details have been approved, any major alteration requiring substantial rework or remaking will be quoted separately and carried out only with your approval.
Each piece is handmade and custom-made, so all sales are final. One complimentary resizing is available within 60 days of delivery, with round-trip shipping costs covered by the customer. Verified manufacturing defects are protected by our lifetime warranty, including complimentary repair or replacement and associated shipping.

Warranty
After-sales assistance is available should an issue arise with your jewelry. Each case will be reviewed individually, and the appropriate service will be offered based on the circumstances. Round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
